Measuring 8 mm dia. x 4 mm thick, the VG0840001D-SQ1 linear resonant actuator is the largest 8mm diameter LRA on the market producing a minimum vibration force of 1.0 Grms @ 170 hz. Exceptional rise time of 12 ms (max). Its small diameter make it ideal for LRA arrays or devices requiring a small diameter LRA. An LRA Haptic Drive IC must be used to drive this device. This device is designed to be mounted in a molded recessed pocket in the products housing. PCB mounted contact springs or pogo pings mate with coin LRA's contacts pads. PCBA contact springs are made by TE as well as other companies.
