The VC0820K001L coin vibration motor uses helical spring contacts and are designed to connect with corresponding contacts pads on the PCB. The motor has double stick tape on one side that can be used to secure it to the products housing. A hole can be cut in the PCB, allowing it to be situated in the middle of the printed circuit board. Since reflow solderable version of this coin vibration motor is not yet available, a motor like this can be used to eliminate inefficient leaded parts. The spring contacts are not designed to be soldered.
