The VC1034K001L coin vibration motor is our largest motor that uses helical spring contacts. These spring contacts are designed to mate with corresponding contacts pads on the PCB. The motor has double stick tape on one side that can be used to secure it to the products housing. A hole can be cut in the PCB, allowing it to be situated in the middle of the PCB assembly. Since reflow solderable versions of coin vibration motor are not feasible, a motor like this may be used to eliminate inefficient leaded parts. The spring contacts are not designed to be soldered to.
